There is no publication date on it so I am guessing approximately. I enjoy that they translated all the captions and vehicle labels. My copy is missing one page (sorry).

BTW, Editorial Novaro was from Mexico, they used to publish all kind of children books, including comics. They licensed their versions in multiple countries or directly export their books.
Apart from these easy to cut books, they had books with adhesive pictures (ranging from Disney characters to classic books), Time-Life science books for children, dictionaries, coloring books, etc.
Novaro held the DC licenses for about 30 years (Superman, Batman, and other characters), until they folded down in the first half of the 1980s, due to multiple factors
