Space Stations (1962)




August is Space Station month! Here is the start of a set of books imagining what a world of space stations might be like. I will try to share some of my favorite books illustrating how we thought a space station would fit into our space future.

  1. one reason for space stations was so that someone would be on the satellite to change the vacuum
    tubes, on which all high power electronics was based.
